I can't tell you what this painting means to me. We just lost our beloved chuhuahua, Studley, and I've missed him ever so much. This looks exactly like him! Thank you for this gift of memories. He was my little angel. Very well done. :D

About Carol Grimes

Carol Grimes

I am a self taught artist. I was born in Portland, Oregon. I can remember my art teacher in high school she was so inspiring for me, she made me want to make my living doing nothing but art work, Back then I studied dress design. I wanted to draw those beautiful fashion drawing that used to be in the paper, back in the sixties. Then my love turned to drawing horses, I couldn't get enough of drawing horses. Then I realized that I had to be a wife, and mother of 2 children, and that took a whole lot of my spare time. The years went by but my love for art never faded, Since my retirement I have spent some wonderful hours doing what makes me so happy. Now my hours are filled with ART. And now in 2013. I am all grown up and still love...
